Just re-read X-Men Vol. 2 #8 again for the first time in years. I submit this as the most 90s Marvel Comic. Mullet Bishop, Gambit, Constantly smoking while talking to himself Wolverine, gratuitous shots of Psylocke in a bikini with Cyclops gawking, random appearance of Ghost Rider, and endless talking. Can you beat it?

Stan Lee and Jack Kirby created a Dr. Doom clone in Magneto. Nothing special, really. Chris Claremont created the Magneto you know and love. This is my favorite panel from Uncanny #150 and Uncanny #200.
